Freedom Flag Fundraiser and Tour

OPTION 1

Purchase a flag in honor, or in memory, of a Veteran for just $10. These 12 by 18 inch flags are adorned with a recognition ribbon and displayed at three local events during May and June in 2019.

-The Memorial Duathlon/5k on Sunday, May 26

-The Wesley Community Campus

-The Saratoga Springs Visitor Center

New For Freedom Flag Program 2019 

Purchase a 3′ x 5′ flag in honor of a Veteran for $75.00.  Your Veterans name and your family or business name will be placed on a specially designed  recognition ribbon.  Flags can be picked up at end of Flag Tour.

Proceeds from the Freedom Flag Fundraiser and Tour and the luncheon are benefiting The Veterans Business Council and the Veterans Community and Housing Coalition.

The  FREEDOM FLAG SALUTE is a way to let veterans in our lives know that we care about them, appreciate their service to our country and at the same time help those vets in need.   Without the service of our fellow Americans our lives would be very different.  Our veterans really do enable our FREEDOM.

HAVE YOUR CITY OR LIONS CLUB REPRESENTED IN AMERICA’S BEST TRIBUTE TO LET OUR VETS KNOW WE CAR !  FLAGS ON DISPLAY IN SARATOGA SPRINGS FROM MAY MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND UNTIL JULY 4TH.

Here’s The Details For The 5th annual program.

BUY A FLAG FOR $10.00 AN ON LINE PROGRAM To Recognize Vets in your life and at the same time support our vets needing some help after experiencing the effects of war.   You can also participate as a city, family or business.  Simply put your city name or family name or businessess on our provided form.

Provide the name or names of Vet/s you want to recognize.- A flag purchased and their name will be printed on a special ribbon attached to the flag, listed on a special virtual recognition wall, & special displays at The 15th annual MEMORIAL DUATHLON Duathlon  and Freedom Flag Tour in  Saratoga Springs, New York.

FLAG TOUR- OF AMERICAN FLAGS WILL BE ON DISPLAY AT A SPECIAL SITE AT DUATHLON. Flags will be then be relocated to The Saratoga Springs Visitors Center front lawn and a site at The Wesley Community. Other sites are being considered to display the flags.
